Very kind and personable people which I so appreciate (who wants to deal with rude corporate attitudes, not me!) especially in such a stressful time for me. Believe it or not my car quite literally burst into flames…yes, you read that right: it spontaneously combusted! They helped me quickly get the car towed when the claim agent was taking awhile to get back to me, leaving us out in the rain next to the burnt vehicle! They offered a lot of comforting words and a few witty jokes that helped me get through the chaos of the subsequent days following the event. Brian even gave me his cell phone number to reach him outside of office hours about my situation. My payout happened faster than I expected thanks to their help in moving everything along.
